MY BIO

My name is Sushil kumar aka (Dhruv Singh),  I am from a very small town which is in Haryana known as Sonipat. By profession I am into Holistic Health and Fitness. Just few Years back Because of my Awesome Wife Dr. Monika Singh, She pushed me in to Meditation and  Spirituality.She  taught me many Golden nuggets of Meditational Practices, Mudras and many more Super important things. Just in no time i started feeling a Drastic change within me. A  Humungous change on my psychological levels as well physiological levels as well. Sun Gazing without blinking without any tear for many hours in scorching heat months now seems really Very easy. Staring constantly on an object for few hours seems like easy job. Unnmani mudra i constantly can do without any Stress for 3 or more hours very easily. There many more amazing things i am now capable of doing.which all seems like Humanly impossible Feats to do. These are not at all Physical Feats but all these Ancient practices are way beyond people ever can imagine. We both are working on many levels for the betterment of every human being as well as our Mother planet Earth.

 I am very thankful to my Wife for such a wonderful Teachings. Thanks a lot to My Beloved wife Monika Singh Sisodiya.

FEMININE NATURAL NATURE OR WOMEN NATURE

Fruits are Just the final product just to consume. but a Fruit  and seeds within that fruit for example an apple, seeds within that apple is a promise for Future.  our natural Nature itself is a god's own promise to us that if you all fully mingled and assimilated within Nature only then that promise of God  will work for infinite never ending beautiful dances between life Energies and solids Just for the purpose of True Joyful Life for the infinite time.

वर्दी किसी भी सामान्य कपड़े का सिर्फ एक टुकड़ा नहीं है, वर्दी लोगों को एक-दूसरे के साथ एकजुट करने का एक बेहतरीन तरीका है, हर शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के पास अपने संवैधानिक अधिकार हैं, तय करने और लागू करने के लिए संविधान का अधिकार है।  रंग इस बात पर निर्भर करते हैं कि उन्होंने अपने छात्रों को किस तरह की वर्दी पहनने के लिए कहा।  उनके संस्थान के परिसर में उनके प्रवेश का समय, जब तक कि वे सभी संस्थान के परिसर से बाहर नहीं निकल जाते, अपने शिष्यों के लिए एक समान वर्दी के पीछे उद्देश्य के लिए।  यूनिफ़ॉर्म अपने सभी मोतियों के लिए एक सामान्य धागे की तरह है, फिर यह सहयोगात्मक तरीके से मोतियों की एक स्ट्रिंग बन जाता है।  शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में समान वर्दी पहनने से उनके छात्रों को पता चलता है कि एकरूपता क्या है, विविधीकरण में एकीकरण एक सार्वभौमिक सत्य है।  यदि कोई विशेष धर्म शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के भीतर अपने धार्मिक अधिकारों की मांग करता है, जो एक कटु सत्य दिखाता है कि उनकी मांग अपने आप में बहुत ही अप्राकृतिक है और राष्ट्र के लिए एक राष्ट्र और राष्ट्र के लिए अंतहीन विनाशकारी है।  किसी भी नफरत के बिना काम कर सकते हैं लोगों को बुनियादी अवधारणा को समझना चाहिए कि वर्दी पहनना इसके अस्तित्व में क्यों आया, यह भी जानते हुए कि व्यापक और बेहतर तरीके से समझने के लिए सभी सही और वास्तविक निष्पक्ष तथ्यों को समझना और बेहतर तरीके से समझना।  इसलिए शैक्षणिक संस्थानों को अपने सभी छात्रों के लिए समान ड्रेस कोड लागू करने का अधिकार है।
