We hear everyone has a hectic schedule without bothering how our mental health is being protected and ruining the capacity of emotional balance. In the workplace, situations will be helpful, but it differs from place to place. After graduation or post-graduation, we immediately work to be financially settled in the future. Maybe it is a family approach or your personal opinion. Gradually, you try to adapt to the surroundings, and it is quite normal to fail at the first steps you take. Ring a bell?
Firstly, recognize the flaws and work on them. Don't expect appreciation from everyone. Just be calm. You are dealing with different mindsets, which means varied opinions; prepare from the first step and go according to guidelines given by the team. If you have no idea, talk to the one who gives the best view on the content or project or someone who has already walked the path.
Wake up early in the morning to avoid stress and understand expectations never raise you. Be organized with all the things before the deadline, make a to-do list, and finish the tasks. Follow a proper procedure to avoid conflict. Forget about multitasking; think of the first one to be on stage. Wait, make yourself comfortable, and note the requirements; here's your perfect project.
Ask everyone's name for a good connection in the environment and use neutral language. Stay in contact with everyone but avoid triangles which can affect your working space. Focus on improvement and self-fulfillment by walking during lunch and listening to music actually heals.
Remember, anxiety and stress is common but greeting relief will hear the inner peace.
